57/43 in millimeters
On a card whose left and right borders add up to 6 mm, 57/43 centering means a 3.4 mm border on one side and 2.6 mm on the other, a difference of 0.8 mm. Most people can see it once they look for it.
Questions
Can a 57/43 card get a PSA 10?
Not with a 57/43 front. PSA's Gem Mint 10 needs about 55/45 or better on the front. On the back, 57/43 still allows a 10, since the back limit is 75/25.
Is 57/43 good centering?
57/43 is just outside gem range. It misses the 55/45 needed for a PSA or CGC 10 on the front, and points to a 9 at best.
